REGISTRATION and ACCEPTANCE
If you worked in 2024 (Kansas City) and are in good standing with NCVF
you will be automatically accepted as long as:
1. You are registering for all 3 days for the 2025 Tourney and register before 03/15/2025
NCVF provides housing for Saturday night, so please make every effort to stay until Sunday.
2. I will make every effort to accept referees on a daily basis.
3. Once you are accepted please make your travel arrangements. (if you need special considerations, contact Ric).
We will make every effort to accomodate your requested considerations.
4. You will receive notification by email that you have been accepted,
if you do not receive an email it may mean that my email to you was blocked.
Check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
You may also confirm your acceptance within the system by logging on and looking at your status.

HOW TO CHECKOUT
1. Sign your VTT Worksheet,take Picture for yourself,
and put original in VTT Worksheet Return Box at Championship (Near Dan Kitchel)
2. If Ric is available, say goodbye if you like.
3. Accounting will take a bit due to changes concerning payment (in your favor)!
4. By Wed of Thu, I hope to post all tournament changes and Paysheets
5. Once you confirm I will submit to ArbiterPay for payment.

• Thank you for being our partner in making this event a great success!!!
• Due to the Shortage of Officials, the majority of you will be working at 8:00am
• Our philospohy is to give every official a wide variety of divisions and not stick you on a court the entire day/wave.
• This has some drawbacks, but we feel it gives officials a chance to grow.
• As the tournament evolves we ask that you please be fluid!
• SCHEDULES WILL BE POSTED ABOVE Under TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES (As Soon As Available)

• THURSDAY will be posted as soon as available
• Due to potential travel issues, we wait as long as possible to post

HOTEL INFORMATION
Due to drops, we have consolidated rooms to save money.
Please check for changes in your room, roommate, or occupancy status.
Make sure you contact the hotel if you are arriving later than the opening date of your room.
Otherwise, you may find yourself without a room!
HOTEL PARKING
Your hotel parking will be paid. You will not be paid for Convention Center parking!
Please walk or take public transportation.
COMMUTER PARKING
We are working with the convention center to provide paid parking for Thu, Fri, Sat.
In order to do this easily, we really do need to know how many of you need parking!

OFFICIAL'S UNIFORMS
SHORTS
Several people have asked about shorts at this event. at this time the answer is no.
I have been promised that the Convention Center will be cool enough.
That being said, I would strongly recommend that you bring dress Navy blue shorts (coaching/golf not running shorts)
If NCVF leadership decides that it is too hot, we may be able to switch to shorts!
PLAYER UNIFORM INSPECTION

We will have several 2 or 3 shifts starting in the afternoon.
We will be adding that to the registration form next year.

Simple Instructions Here are some simple instructions (Hopefully it is fairly intutitive)
If you are a first time user please enter a userid of your choosing (something you can remember)
•Click Create New Userid
• Complete all the information and Create a New User Profile
POPups are annoying but can be helpful sometimes. You Decide.
• Logon using your new password
You will be directed to a personal profile page
Complete all the information and Create a New Personal Profile
After Completion you will go to a Personal Profile page with a Menu.
• Click NCVF Tournaments (on the Left)
• Click Select/Set Current Tournament on Main Menu
Select the Event (There is Only One) LOL
• Click Register for Current Tournament on Main Menu
Complete the needed information
You may enter any Special Requests that you may have
Later you will be able to request roommate (Only accepted referees will appear in list)
We will try to accomodate you, if possible
At this point you are done.
